Whistleblower System

KTV Speditionsgesellschaft mbH values openness and is committed to comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies in all business actions and decisions, and to demonstrate integrity in all business activities.

In order to protect the company and its employees and business partners, you can anonymously report specific evidence of possible misconduct by internal employees, business partners and third party service providers.

The whistleblower system allows you to submit suspected or confirmed information about unethical, illegal, irregular or criminal behaviour within the company.

To a limited extent, personnel matters can be reported through this system. Contractual issues should be discussed with your direct supervisor, management or Human Resources. If a relationship of trust with a supervisor is no longer possible, or if the misconduct involves a supervisor, the Whistleblower System can also be used.

Reports can either be made with your contact details or, in accordance with the GDPR, 100% anonymously. All reports will be treated as strictly confidential and protected.

On this page you can create a new report or follow up on an existing report. Tracking your report can be important for a number of reasons:

  1. You can check the status of your report to see if any action has been taken.
  2. You can add additional information to your report.
  3. The system administrator has requested additional information from you that is needed to resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
